These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the grd138 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and grd138 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.2 grd138 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If a Member is found to be ineligible, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds shall be immediately forfeited. Winnings derived exclusively from the Member's own deposited Balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
21+ Only: Opening an Account as a minor is a serious violation of these Terms. If grd138 determines that an Account is held by a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the deposit source net of any amounts already wagered, and the case may be referred to relevant authorities.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or via nominees — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and to promptly update your Account details should any information change. grd138 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. grd138 will treat all activity conducted under your Account credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify grd138 support immediately.
3.4 KYC Verification. grd138 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Member to submit KYC documentation before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the grd138 support team. Any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the standard rules; remaining Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within the standard processing window.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on grd138 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Any conversion from a foreign currency to IDR will be performed at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction, and the Member bears any associated conversion costs.
4.2 Supported Payment Methods. grd138 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set out on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change. VIP Members may be eligible for higher limits at grd138's discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. grd138 reserves the right to delay processing while conducting AML or KYC checks. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit or that has been separately verified.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned to the source. Any winnings generated from third-party deposits may be forfeited.
4.6 Fees. grd138 does not charge Members a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which grd138 accepts no responsibility.
5.1 General. grd138 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer; in the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless stated otherwise, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
5.4 Abuse & Misuse. grd138 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, and using Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour. Detected abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in Account closure.
5.5 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses, free spins, and Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6.1 General Rules. All sports bets, casino wagers, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and other game outcomes are governed by the specific rules displayed within each product section of the Platform. A Member may not cancel a wager once it has been accepted. grd138 records the time-stamp, stake, and outcome of every bet placed.
6.2 Settlement. Wagers are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body, league, or game provider. If an official result is later amended, grd138 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets. In the event of an obvious error in odds or payout calculation, grd138 may void the affected wagers and refund the original stakes in full.
6.3 System Errors & Malfunctions. grd138 takes every reasonable measure to ensure the accuracy of the Platform. However, should a technical malfunction, software error, or human error result in an incorrect outcome, incorrect odds, or erroneous payout, grd138 reserves the right to correct the error, void the affected wagers, and restore the Member's Account to its state prior to the error.
6.4 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits are published per game and per market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount. grd138 reserves the right to set lower maximum payout limits for high-roller accounts at its sole discretion.
6.5 Fixed Odds & Live Betting. All odds are correct at the time they are displayed. grd138 accepts no liability for any loss arising where a Member fails to refresh a live-odds page before placing a bet.
7.1 Prohibited Conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
7.2 Consequences. Where grd138 reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in any of the above conduct, grd138 may, at its sole discretion, suspend the Account, void all wagers, forfeit all balances and winnings, and/or permanently close the Account. grd138 reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of a full investigation.
7.3 Provably Fair. All games on grd138 are audited for fairness and integrity. The Platform is committed to provably fair game technology, and RTP (Return to Player) figures are published transparently to Members.
8.1 All content on the grd138 Platform — including but not limited to the grd138 name, logo, graphics, text, software, odds data, and page designs — is the property of grd138 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without prior written consent from grd138.
8.3 You may not use any automated means to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Platform, including odds, RTP figures, game results, or Member information.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, grd138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
9.2 grd138 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. grd138 shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
9.4 You acknowledge that all gambling involves an element of risk and that participation is entirely voluntary. grd138 accepts no responsibility for any financial loss you may sustain as a result of placing wagers on the Platform.
10.1 grd138 is committed to protecting your personal data. All personal information collected during registration, KYC verification, and transaction processing is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 By using the Platform, you consent to grd138 processing your personal data for the purposes of account administration, transaction processing, anti-fraud and AML compliance, promotional communication (where you have opted in), and customer support.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which grd138 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
13.2 You acknowledge that online gambling is legally restricted in Indonesia. grd138 operates under an international licence and does not purport to be licensed or regulated by any Indonesian governmental body.
